"GLONASS" announced the tender for creation of data transmission channels for SORM

On April 25, 2019 it became known that JSC GLONASS ordered via the website of state procurements of service in the organization, service and monitoring of communication channels for data transmission for the system of technical means for ensuring functions of investigation and search operations (SORM). The starting price within the tender is 17,445,552 rubles.

In technical specifications it is said:

"The telecom operator (contractor) should render to the customer (JSC GLONASS) of service in the organization, service and monitoring of communication channels for data transmission in the territory of the Russian Federation. Points of terming of channels are Territorial Departments of FSB of the Russian Federation (UFSB)"

It is about L2 VPN data transmission channel with the guaranteed bandwidth. The data transfer protocol is IP.

Also in the technical project it is reported that the service should be rendered on ports of active equipment of the customer in a point "And", if necessary with the organization at the expense of the contractor of section of "the last mile" between the equipment of the customer and contractor. The service in a point of B should include the organization of section of "the last mile" to port of active equipment of UFSB by forces and at the expense of the contractor.

On a point "And" it is meant address Moscow, Korovinskoye Highway, 41, B - 28 other points from which two also are in the capital to other addresses, are 26 other cities of Russia.

It is supposed that the contractor will provide for condition monitoring of communication channels to the customer access to the web interface where the dynamic map of channels with display of the statuses of interfaces on all terminations of channels and loading of each interface in the form of a number of diagrams will be available. Storage time of the interfaces given about loading - at least three months.

The tender will come to the end on April 26, 2019, services in it should be rendered from June 1, 2019 to December 31, 2020^[1].
