Izhtrading using Giftoman manages sales online in all shops of network

On February 22, 2019 the Izhtrading company reported that it implemented the program for online sales management of Giftoman. The solution analyzes necessary indicators, plans daily sales and predicts result of trading day in real time. The tool helps directors of shops of the Izhtrading group to react quickly to the negative outlook, and divisional and operational to directors to control accomplishment of the plan during the day.

According to the company for January, 2019, helped to create the solution "Giftoman" business process on sales management online in all 95 shops of network. The operating officer, divisional directors and directors of shops of retail chain stores use the program. They see the broad picture of sales: Giftoman analyzes necessary indicators — for example revenue, the number of purchases, an average bill, goods quantity in the check. Users control an object of any level — from specific commodity category in separate shop to indicators of all network.

The solution helped TG "Izhtrading" to change approach of shops to work with buyers and to increase discipline of daily execution of internal standards of work. Directors of shops received the effective tool for the transparent analysis of results of trading day "here and now".

Thanks to setup under any qualifier of goods, the director is focused on specific problem commodity category and quickly understands why its sales go not as it is planned. Similarly — the divisional director works with the shops which are lagging behind the plan, and operational — with a problem division.

With the solution "Giftoman" in our retail chain stores the speed of reaction to lag from plans increased, for January, 2019 we understand a situation with sales much quicker and more effectively. Earlier we saw the operational file on accomplishment of plans for last day only on following. In Giftoman — live dynamics, revenue "in the moment" by on categories, including on own production.

The project was implemented by Giftoman company together with CSI — the developer of the cash Set Retail program installed in Izhtrading network. The solution "Giftoman" is presented in the form of a personal account in the browser, applications on the computer and the mobile device. It is closely connected with Set Retail. At clients is CSI using this system, Giftoman is started in a short time: the first stage — in 2 weeks. About 2 months the solution works in one division, then is replicated on all network.

Developing a product, we will continue "take away" routine operations with the analysis of sales from the staff of shops, releasing it time for accomplishment of the direct duties.
