FORS Group announced on August 3, 2020 development and deployment in memorial estate "Tsaritsyno" of an information and analytical system Corporate portal. It is the full-function flexible system implemented on the basis of the standard portal solution of FORS Group for management of internal and external processes of organization.

For August 3 the pilot version of a system is brought into commercial operation: it covers the business processes providing purchasing activity of organization. There was a task to look how standard solution will correspond to specifics of activity of the customer for the choice of the subsequent option of development of a system by it.

In connection with significant increase in volume of the procurement procedures connected with active development of memorial estate in recent years sharply there was a requirement of optimization and systematization of the document flow existing in organization for the purpose of optimization of management of the project, purchasing and contract activities including planning, implementation and control of execution of assigned tasks. For achievement of the specified purposes the decision to implement the system of the internal electronic document management providing interaction of structural divisions of organization at implementation of purchasing and contract activities was made.

The standard solution – own development of FORS Group with a broad set of the functionality including providing uniform point of entry to all information resources, the organization of a single system of navigation and information search, the distributed work with documents, the centralized administration and support of interaction of users was implemented. Only small customization regarding accounting of features of purchasing processes of the customer and also completion of printed forms was required.
