2021: Implementation of 1C: Workflow

On April 7, 2021, the First BIT announced that the Ural Confectioners group of companies had introduced 1C: Document Management 8. The company supplies products to all regions of Russia, CIS countries and Western Europe. As of April 2021, under the Skatkino brand, the company's confectionery products are sold in 7 branded stores in the cities of Chelyabinsk and Korkino.

The Ural Confectioners Group of Companies worked with paper documents. Such an organization complicated document flow, made it difficult to find the necessary data. The risk of loss of documents and errors related to the human factor increased. Due to the expansion of production, the flow of documentation increased, there were delays in agreeing on contracts.

The company needed a reliable document management system that would help streamline documentation and ensure control over contract coordination. As an optimal solution, the management of the group of companies chose the program "[[1C: Workflow 8|1C Joint Stock Company: Document Management]]." The implementation was entrusted to specialists of the Chelyabinsk office of the First BIT, who have experience in automation of document flow at enterprises of various specifics of activities.

The project was completed in a short time and with a minimum budget for the customer - only 50 hours of working time of specialists. The system implemented a mechanism of electronic agreement of contracts, which made it possible to speed up the negotiation process by 1.5 times. A single contract process minimizes the risk of human error. Coordination routes eliminated delays in approval, ensured reliable monitoring of the process. Regulations for contract work have been developed, instructions for working in the system have been created. For the convenience of users, tips in the program are implemented to help speed up the execution of tasks. The electronic archive of documentation allowed employees of the enterprise to quickly find the necessary documents. The cases of loss of documents have been reduced to zero.
