On March 18, 2021, X5 Retail Group, a multi-format retail company in Russia that manages the Pyaterochka, Perekrestok and Karusel retail chains, announced the beginning of the use of a digital offer when inviting applicants to work.

Digital offer - its own development X5. Previously, it was filled out manually on the company's form and required step-by-step coordination of all services involved in the recruitment process. Offer automatically collects data from the internal CRM matching system, including all reconciliations, and is fully integrated into X5 systems. If the "Made Offer" indicator is changed in CRM, the candidate is sent a link to the lendingon site X5, on which the applicant can put the "I accept/do not accept" response, as well as select the release date. This information is sent to the X5 multifunctional common service center to further organize the work of the new employee in the company.
