F.B.Team (RS-Balance WMS)

Start in commercial operation completed the first stage of the project on implementation of RS-Balance 3 automating activity of the wholesale trading company F.B.Team, the performed R-Style Softlab. For 15 years F.B.Team is engaged in deliveries and sales on the Russian commodity market of the widest profile — from ceramic ware to bicycles.

Implementation Progress

During the choice of a system for process automation of company management and a geographically distributed warehouse the management of F.B.Team placed emphasis on need in a complex to automate all edges of business of the company, and it is sales management, purchases, warehouses taking into account the extensive list of commodity categories (more than 60 thousand nomenclature names). RS-Balance 3 competed the Tendo systems (one of versions serviced the company before implementation of RS Balance 3) and 1C: 8.0. As a result based on the ratio of cost and to functionality the management gave preference to the RS Balance 3 enterprise management system. The parties signed the contract for inspection, and then — on implementation of office part.

Considerable part of works on implementation was occupied by implementation of functionality within process control of purchases: the schedule system of each stage of a goods lifecycle was created from the moment of production to a goods receipt on a warehouse.

Within an implementation project unique algorithms of business processes were created. So, sale still of not manufactured goods with a possibility of its order according to directories processed in RS Balance 3 was implemented. In the closest joint plans of F.B.Team and R-Style Softlab — start in commercial operation of a warehouse of the company using data collection terminals for execution of operations of acceptance and placement of goods to the storage addresses and also selection of goods according to the order.
