"The central suburban passenger company" keeps account of revenue in "1C: Accounting 8"

The 1C-Rarus company automated accounting and tax accounting in JSC Central Suburban Passenger Company using the 1C: Accounting 8 PROF, edition 2.0 software product. The solution allows to process quickly and precisely the data obtained from more than 360 sales points of train tickets. 50 jobs are automated, time of processing of bank documents is reduced by 5 times.

For the last half a year Central PPK strongly grew: the service area was expanded out of borders of the Moscow region to adjacent regions. As a result of growth of the company:

• revenue grew almost twice;
• the number of partners increased, contractual relations became complicated;
• the number of the company increased by 30%.

With expansion of the company the quantity of sales points of the tickets which are in management exceeded 360 units. Daily the staff of all stations of Central PPK sends revenue to banks which transfer data on sales to head office of the company.

Elena Viktorovna Tarasova, the chief accountant of JSC Centralnaya PPK tells: "Daily to us more than 360 documents where operations on collection of money are reflected arrive. In a year we consider about 90,000 such documents. We process 30,000 more documents a year for formation of analytics on revenue at stations of sales. It is not possible to enter all amount of data to base manually simply".

Need of implementation of an information system of accounting and tax accounting was obvious. The management of the enterprise selected the 1C: Accounting 8 PROF software product, the 1C-Rarus company became the partner in automation.
