The Bright Signs advertizing agency started implementation of the automated control system "Klient-Communicator: Business management".

Background

The CRM strategy of Bright Signs company is directed to complex customer service in all directions of production of advertizing, beginning from production of business cards, finishing with multimillion circulations of souvenirs.

His representatives will be able to be connected far off together with implementation specialists to the working platform for setup of the solution and to specify a task on a work progress. In a work progress data of the customer will be loaded into a system, reports are created and other wishes of users are implemented".
