The consulting company BrightConsult completed an implementation project of an electronic document management system in the leading IRITO automobile company the solution BrightDocs.
Expectations
The solution is adapted for tasks of the company and will allow to optimize business processes of the IRITO regional network across all Russia. Transition to electronic document management will help to simplify joint work and information management and also to optimize processes of approval of documents.

"Considering geographically distributed structure of our company, need of the organization of the centralized storage and information management, to us it was obvious. We stopped the choice on the solution BrightDocs which well proved in the market and that was especially important for us, easily configured under specific objectives of our business. Earlier in IRITO company attempts of implementation of Microsoft SharePoint were already made, however the lack of adaptation of the standard solution under specifics of our activity did not allow to achieve that efficiency which we observe according to the results of the project today", – Sergey Korotayev, the chief financial officer of IRITO company says.
Details
During the project in IRITO uniform regulations of work with documentation were developed, access is differentiated and joint work with information is organized, control of execution of instructions is adjusted. Considering the main objectives revealed by specialists of BrightConsult during the preliminary analysis, much attention was paid to issues of automation of a cycle of approval of documents. In addition to a basic packet of the solution BrightDocs especially for IRITO processes of approval of reconciliation statements of dealers and also invoices for payment were designed and implemented. Besides, complex training of administrators of IRITO with a possibility of further independent setup and correction of business processes was provided.
Objectives
The next important stage of the project – system implementation of barcoding and stream scanning which thanks to integration with the IRITO IMS system will allow to identify and trace primary accounting documentation, increasing the processing speed of documents, reducing load of personnel and, as a result, costs of the company.
