Liquidation of legal entity in Russia

According to data from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRUL), the parent organization of Xsolla in Russia - Ixolla Russian Holding LLC - has been in the process of liquidation since June 2, 2022. The service for accepting payments in online games filed a corresponding application on May 26, 2022.

Ixolla Russian Holding LLC, owned by the American Ixolla Holding Company, by June 7, 2022 owns three more Xsolla legal entities in Russia - Ixolla LLC, Sistema Projects LLC and Ixolla Games LLC. The status of these companies did not change by June 7, 2022.

Perm payment service for gamers Xsolla liquidates legal entity in Russia

In mid-March 2022, Xsolla announced plans to transport some of its employees abroad from Russian offices, including in Perm.
