* B of 2003-2004 was the head of Virtual Art Group studio;

* B of 2004 founded Yutinet.Py online store (since 2011 - JSC PLATFORMA ЮТИНЕТ.РУ), is his co-owner and the CEO;

* the Ideologist, the creator and the Managing partner of the project Megaplan - the leader of the Russian market of the SaaS-applications for business;

* JSC PLATFORMA ЮТИНЕТ.РУ - one of leaders of domestic Internet trade in computer and home appliances and specialized search in these types of goods.

In July, 2011 joint stock company "the ЮТИНЕТ.РУ PLATFORM, under the leadership of Mikhail Ukolov performed the first among the Russian online stores IPO at the domestic exchanges - MICEX and RTS. According to the results of placement demand for actions on the upper bound of price range (195 rub for an action) exceeded the offer almost by 3.3 times. In total to investors 2 million ordinary shares were sold that corresponds to 10% of authorized capital of the company without an additional issue. Thus, capitalization of the company made 3.9 billion rubles, and the volume of the funds raised within public placement – 390 million rubles.
