Softline completed implementation of an automated system "A project portfolio of RUSNANO" based on Microsoft SharePoint Server and Microsoft Dynamics CRM for JSC RUSNANO.
Start
For registration of requests for projects the solution which would provide online access to information and documents according to requests, allowing to keep track of their statuses and to fully maintain a register was required. For automation of one of the main business processes the decision to construct the Project Portfolio of RUSNANO Automated control system (PPK ACS) based on Microsoft applications was made.
Execution
Project implementation took place in several stages within six months. By means of Business Data Catalog technology (SharePoint) and IFRAME (Dynamics CRM) bilateral integration of an interaction management system with clients of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and portal based on Microsoft SharePoint Server is carried out. Thanks to bilateral integration users, working in an input subsystem in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, had an opportunity to browse the documents which are stored on Microsoft SharePoint.
Result
After completion of implementation of an automated system "A project portfolio of RUSNANO" and integration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM into Microsoft SharePoint Server users received the convenient solution for maintaining and effective work with the register of investment requests, any contact information, etc. Due to convenience of the interface the involvement of employees into use of a system at all levels of the organization significantly increased.
Users carry to main advantages of a system:
- online access to information of registers;
- possibility of historical data, for example statuses of requests;
- existence of libraries of documents according to requests, projects;
- possibility of joint work over documents;
- existence of the test reports intended for control of observance of internal regulations of the company on maintaining the register. A possibility of report generation from different applications;
- possibility of filtering and sorting of documents by the set parameters;
- full-text and attributive search.

The implemented solution simplified interaction of users with a system, having made it convenient and clear, and maintaining the register – effective, with a possibility of fast making changes in functionality of a system.
