Glosav

The automated system of monitoring GLOSAV is the multifunction system GLONASS/GPS trackings intended for remote control of work of motor transport, special equipment and other moving objects.

History

2020: New owner

In July, 2020 Glosav the DFA Capital company belonging to Igor Rotenberg's partner Dmitry Afanasenko became the new owner.

2015: Igor Rotenberg transferred Glosav to himself from Cyprus company

The eldest son Rotenberg's Arcadia, Igor Rotenberg, in July, 2015 became the owner of 100% of Globalnye sistemy avtomatizatsii LLC (Glosav), follows from data of SPARK-Interfax base. Until then the entrepreneur controlled the company through the Cyprian Parvifol Investments Ltd.

Revenue of Glosav in 2014 made 1.4 billion rubles, net profit - 167 million rubles.

The Glosav group is created on personal means of Igor Rotenberg, the businessman's representative said to Vedomosti, 400 million rubles were invested in the project. Stroygazmontazh and Gazprom bureniye became one of the first big customers of Glosav (belong the Arcadia to Rotenberg. In September, 2013 Glosav supplied and placed the monitoring equipment on the federal highway "Don" (on section the 225-633rd km) by request of OSSP LLC entering into Mostotrest which belonged to Rotenberg with partners. In 2013-2014 Glosav won tenders of Mintransport, RusHydro, IDGC of Centre, FGC UES and also Federal State Unitary Enterprise Head Department of Construction of Roads and Airfields at Federal Agency for Special Construction.

2011

In August, 2011 Within implementation of the program for implementation and development of GLONASS technologies in the territory of the Russian Federation the Glosav company signed long-term partnership agreements with several largest machine-building plants - "The North — the Scan", "The Russian Buses — GAZ Group", ChETRA-Promyshlennye Machines, "Arzamas Plant of Utility Mechanical Engineering" Kommash and "The KDM plant of M.I. Kalinin". In July, 2011 the agreement on delivery and equipment installation Glosav and also system implementation of monitoring and control of Glosav transport was signed.
