In August, 2011 EMC of Corporation announced several new solutions of EMC Proven Solutions and examples of their use in the EMC IT organization which will help customers to accelerate transition to a cloud and also to virtualize the crucial servers of testing and development, production bases and Oracle applications easier and more effectively. Using EMC and VMware vSphere as cloud infrastructure for virtualization of environments of Oracle, customers can improve considerably performance, reduce total cost of ownership and increase efficiency due to self-regulating multilevel storage, faster replication and the highest availability.

• The solution EMC Proven Solution reduces to 30 minutes and less transfer of production Oracle databases in virtual infrastructure from physical servers without interruption of operation of applications using the unified storage systems of EMC Symmetrix VMAX and EMC VNX.
• EMC Proven Solution accelerates scaling of the virtualized production systems with an opportunity approximately in 10 minutes to deploy four new database servers and production applications on the unified storage systems of EMC Symmetrix VMAX and EMC VNX without interruption of operation of applications, thanks to templates of VMware of VM.
• EMC Proven Solution, thanks to application of EMC Symmetrix VMAX and FAST VP, together with VMware vSphere cuts down expenses and significantly improves database performance of Oracle.
