Automation of network of the garden centers HOMGART based on RS-Balance 3 Retail

In the spring of 2011 the project of complex automation of the garden center of HOMGART company – one of the first dynamically developing domestic networks of the garden centers started. For several years of HOMGART from small family firm turned into the large trade and industrial enterprise known for quality of the products through the whole country. The range of shop is provided by products for improvement of landscape gardening zones as the self-produced, and made other companies especially for the HOMGART brand and also joint products. Ornamental plants, garden furniture, pergolas, arches, arbors, fences, floorings, baths – here it is possible to find everything that it is useful to the professional gardener-designer and the amateur flower grower.

The responsible approach to work brought by HOMGART to the philosophy level was fully applied also to selection process of the IT platform capable to provide requirements of quickly growing enterprise. The modern automation system of retail RS-Balance 3 Retail in the best way conformed to requirements of the customer, in a uniform information circuit providing management of all business processes of the garden center. The ergonomic interface, customizability, high high-speed performance and the balanced cost became the additional arguments which convinced the management of HOMGART of correctness of the choice. Based on the RS-Balance 3 Retail enterprise management system are implemented: purchase and sale of goods, work of a warehouse, accounting of personnel, maintaining customer relations, financial accounting and reporting.
