Started a project to automate the business of Topol Eco on the basis of RS-Balance

In June 2011, the project on automation of the head office of TOPOL-ECO Group of Companies based on the RS-Balance 3 system was completed. The project covered business processes such as sales and purchase management, warehouse operations, the introduction of customer relationships (CRM), warranty and post-warranty services, accounting for contractual activities, service center operation and delivery of goods.

Less than a month after the commissioning of RS-Balance 3, TOPOL-ECO management came to the conclusion that it was necessary to automate the entire branch network of the Group in the same way, and already in July the relevant work was carried out by R-Style Softlab specialists together with TOPOL-ECO employees in the St. Petersburg branch of the company. The experience gained and the proven implementation technology allowed the company to automate all its other branches in-house during the year.

The branch network of TOPOL-ECO Group includes the head office and six representative offices located in the Russian Federation, as well as two offices in Ukraine. The presence of a developed network of regional representative offices made it possible to closely bring the products of TOPOL-ECO Group of Companies to consumers and facilitate their operational service.

The branch network of TOPOL-ECO Group of Companies is a single information space based on RS-Balance 3, which allows the company's management to track the stages of each transaction for all branches online, from the moment the client contacts the company until the purchase of goods, its installation and further service.
