The 1C-Rarus company completed the project of automation of the operator of the telecommunication solutions "Expresstel". Using the 1C: Integrated Automation 8 software product the main business processes of the enterprise – from customer relationship management before conducting accounting and tax accounting are organized. The new information system allows the management Expresstel to estimate quickly efficiency and to make management decisions on the basis of the prepared reporting.
Expresstel - operator of complete telecommunication solutions, provides a full range of communication services. Having own fiber-optical network in Moscow and the Moscow region and also adjusted by work with partners as channel operators suggests to provide most quickly and profitable services to clients.
Reliable information for acceptance of management decisions and operational efficiency evaluation of work of all enterprise was required for company management. For the purpose of obtaining necessary data it was decided to implement an information system which allowed: Organize the main business processes of the company; Create uniform space for display of financial and economic activity of all enterprise; Messages at the same time both managerial, and regulated accounting; Provide access isolation of employees to information depending on their status.
The solution "1C: Integrated Automation 8" was selected as the most conforming to the made demands. Involved 1C-Rarus company in project implementation.
In a project deliverable in Expresstel company a number of sections is automated, including: Sales management and customer relations (CRM); Pricing and cash management; Operational planning; Accounting and tax accounting; Payroll calculation and personnel management.
Automation of the main business processes of the operator allowed to create a convenient working environment for accomplishment of daily tasks. The labor input of accounting in all divisions of Expresstel due to use of the general arrays of information is reduced.
The management had an opportunity to analyze operational activity of the company by studying of the reports created in the program. Thanks to it the quality and efficiency of the made management decisions increased.
