Xarismas (1C: Simplified Taxation 8)

The 1C-Rarus company carried out complex automation of Xarismas clothing store based on the 1C: Retail 8 and 1C: Simplified Taxation 8 software products.

Xarismas is the shop of exclusive designer clothes and accessories located in the North-Eastern Administrative District of Moscow. Shop area is 60 sq.m.

The management of shop needed to optimize work of linear personnel and accounting, to receive operational analytics for conducting full accounting. Such information system which optimum would correspond to the price quality parameters was necessary and allowed: automate accounting and sales of goods; automate accounting work; increase service rate of buyers; to manage effectively business using obtaining the analytical reporting; increase personnel labor productivity thanks to automation of all trade operations.

As a basis of an information system the solutions "1C: Retail 8" and "1C: Simplified Taxation 8" were selected. The 1C-Rarus company having wide experience in the field of automation of retail stores became the partner in the project.

All complex of works was executed within one day and included software installation; system testing; personnel training; setup of data exchange between the 1C: Retail 8 and 1C: Simplified Taxation 8 programs; start of outlet in operation.

As a result of the carried-out automation the management of Xarismas shop had an opportunity to quickly analyze activity of outlet that positively influences acceptance of effective management decisions.
