The management system for retail business of RS-Balance 3 Retail will be implemented from network of salons of the women's Glance designer clothing located in the territory of Kazakhstan

Today about 300 sales points integrated by the uniform corporate style, standards of service and commodity policy are opened. Due to the growing turnovers of retail chain stores and opening of new shops, the management of design network the decision on need of transition to the modern automation system of retail allowing to exercise centralized operation of all main business processes of the company in uniform, easily scalable information system was made. From a broad spectrum of the automation equipment presented at the market, the Glance company stopped the choice on universal business solution of RS-Balance 3 Retail from the R-Style Softlab company having successful experience of implementation of similar projects.

Created within the IT infrastructure project will automate business processes in two design salons of the Glance trademark in the cities of Aktobe and Atyrau. The solution will provide: providing analytical reporting on goods and their additional characteristics, such as color and size; simplification of the procedure of pricing — at the expense of a uniform algorithm of change of margins on different groups of goods; the system of formation of discounts and an opportunity to work with accumulative bonuses which will allow to optimize warehouse stocks.
