In the company of the uranium mining industry automation of a system of budget management is complete

To Almaty (Kazakhstan) in October, 2011 the project on automation of a system of budget management in JV Betpakdala LLP - one of the child organizations JSC NAC NAC Kazatomprom started.

Project objective, creation of an automated system of budgeting, the management reporting and payment schedule on the platform of the software product "INTALEV is: Corporate management".

By estimates of specialists of JV Betpak Dala LLP, the automated system of budgeting, the management reporting and payment calendar, is created for the purpose of ensuring collecting and preprocessing of an original informatin, quality improvement of information (completeness, accuracy, reliability, timeliness, coordination); creations of a single system of the reporting under activity indicators.

In a project deliverable on values of the following indicators should be improved:

• Time of collecting and preprocessing of an original informatin;
• The quantity of the information systems used for preparation of the analytical reporting should be minimized;
• Time spent for information and analytical activity is minimized, ideally automated.

Final

The press service of the contractor announced on January 25, 2013 successful implementation of an automated system of budgeting, the management reporting and payment schedule in Betpakdala company.
