Keysystems: Budget-CS in Administration of Khabarovsk Krai

Implementation of the software package "Budget-CS", provided all municipal entities of Khabarovsk Krai with the effective information and technology tool for the organization, accounting and the analysis of budget implementation. Besides, in all budgetary institutions the add-on software module of "Byudzhet-WEB" which allows municipal authorities to work in each of 17 districts of the region in uniform information base of financial body of the relevant municipality using WEB TECHNOLOGY was set. Interaction is performed in the form of electronic document management using the electronic signature.

Work experience on products of Keysystems company in Khabarovsk Krai makes several years - now in the Ministry of Finance of Khabarovsk Krai the systems of design and budget implementation (the Design of the Budget PC and the Budget-CS PC respectively) interconnected among themselves by means of WEB TECHNOLOGIES using the electronic signature are applied. Besides, on the scale of edge the budget reporting by means of a product line Code is prepared and gathers. Administration of income is performed using the solution "Administrator-D". Implementation at the municipal level of a system of budget implementation "Budget-CS" allowed the region to automate budget process in general: at the level of the Ministry of Finance of Khabarovsk Krai in a system GRBS in number of 24 organizations already work with subordinated budgetary institutions in number of 214 organizations; at the level of city districts and municipal districts GRBS in number of 194 organizations with subordinated budgetary institutions in number of 1596 organizations got to work.
