NPO RIK-Sistemy will supply the subscriber equipment for TETRA network to Sochi

NPO RIK-Sistemy will perform deliveries of the subscriber equipment for the benefit of Tetrasvyaz group (on behalf of RadioTel Ltd) for network of a professional radio communication TETRA which construction is conducted in Krasnodar Krai within preparation for the Olympic Games of 2014.
According to the reached agreements, the company of a RIC-system will deliver the complete range of the subscriber equipment for TETRA network in volume of 10,000 devices including wearable, mobile and stationary terminals of a professional radio communication.
Until the end of 2011. RIC-systems will be delivered by 2000 subscriber devices, including 1500 mobile terminals with the built-in module GLONASS. In 2012 8000 devices, including wearable radio stations with the module GLONASS will be delivered.
All equipment is manufactured in Russia and is implemented under the GAMMA trademark, has high quality and technical characteristics, is held for use in the infrastructure systems of any scale and complexity, guarantees reliable work of all elements of TETRA network. Existence in mobile GAMMA terminals of the built-in module of domestic satellite GLONASS system allows to expand significantly functionality of network and to provide the high level of safety of data transmission.
Construction of TETRA network in Krasnodar Krai is conducted by request of Federal Communications Agency (Rossvyaz) within the Program of construction of Olympic venues and development of the city of Sochi as mountain resort, approved as the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation.
