RS-Balance 3 automates activity of Klyon company

R-Style Softlab won the tender for delivery and implementation of an end-to-end system of automation of RS-Balance 3 ERP in Klyon company. This company existing in the market since 1993 is one of leaders in wholesales of the equipment for cafe, bars and restaurants (HoReCa sector) and also for shops and small food productions.

Due to growth of turnovers of sales and permanent increase in the range of goods which contains more than 15,000 names of the equipment already today of stock, objects of laying, ware and furniture of domestic and import production, the management of Maple made the decision to refuse the available software for benefit of an end-to-end system of automation of business.

The main criteria which defined the choice of RS-Balance 3 ERP became: optimal conditions and terms of execution of works; functionality and flexibility of the RS-Balance 3 ERP system which is able not only to automate current demands of the company, but to provide a scope for future development. Presence at developer company of successful experience in implementation of similar implementations in some other the large manufacturing enterprises having business processes, similar to Klyon company, was not less important factor.

During the project at the central office and branch of Klyon company and also on production and a warehouse (all these objects are located in Moscow) modules of an end-to-end system RS-Balance 3 ERP which will provide support of key business processes of the company, including merchandising and cash flow, calculation of requirements and formation of supplier orders will be implemented. Special attention will be paid to creation of a system of motivation of wholesale and retail clients and automation of process of business planning.
