In 2009 Trophîme Sergeyevich, together with the engineering service gathered by him accepted the built Filion shopping Center in operation. This object was very spetsifitsesky, regarding customer relation and contractors. All was equal to the owner's representatives that there in reports there were worst notes on installation and even more rough on monolithic construction. They all command (Andrey Vasilyevich Yakovenko, Sergey Aleksandrovich Gubanov, Vladimir Panov) just speaking lived on an object during preparation of these reports. After the complex at last was put into operation the next stage of fight for elimination of the revealed notes began. But the owner's representatives persistently did not want to demand from contract organizations of elimination of notes. After a while there was a change of the owner of shopping center and main "frame" of a command left an object.
