Investments of the new investor into purchase of a share in Olympic and the subsequent reconstruction of a complex are estimated almost at 10 billion rub^[1].

In May, 2014 little-known Neftegazprod Ltd was announced by the winner in biddings at which 64% of stocks of Olympic Stadium belonging to Moscow were on sale. In SK the company agreed to pay for control to the Government of Moscow 4.67 billion rubles.

Who stands behind the new owner of Olympic, it was unknown. Sources of Kommersant and Vedomosti told that the buyer acts for the benefit of Moussa Bazhaev, the co-owner of the Alliance Oil oil company. But later at a meeting of the Mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin with Club of investors as the new owner of Olympic the lawyer Dmitry Shumkov was provided.

Shumkov said that Neftegazprod Ltd is controlled by its RPPO investment fund, Prime agency reported. "It is necessary to develop a sports component, adding section on soccer, basketball and other games there", - Shumkova quotes ITAR-TASS. He promised to begin reconstruction of a complex with fall of 2014, and the general amount of investments into the project estimated at 5 billion rubles.

Shumkov did not tell journalists about a financing source of the transaction and the planned reconstruction of Olympic. Whether Bazhaev - unclear will participate in the project (his representative refused comments). Shumkov recognized that he is well familiar with the entrepreneur. And Vedomosti with reference to Shumkov reported that he even is a co-owner in a number of Bazhaev's assets, including Russian Platinum company and some assets of Alliance Oil.

The company "The highest league "Trust" of the head of MosCity Group Paweê Fuchs remained the minority shareholder (27.45%) of Olympic. She did not submit the application for participation in biddings.
