"Intalev: Corporate management" is implemented in Nenets Oil Company

The CEO of JSC Nenets Oil Company Andrey Rudov signed the agreement on cooperation with the CEO of INTALEV Northwest LLC Sergey Gladin.

Project objective, creation of an automated system of budgeting, the management reporting and payment schedule on the platform of the software product "INTALEV is: Corporate management".

According to Andrey Rudov, creation in NOC of budget process which analysis showed afterwards that financial services find too much time for manual work became the main premises to start of the project. At that moment the decision to automate this process was made. Besides, at that time the company headed for diversification and financial flows considerably increased.

"From several offers, we stopped the choice on INTALEV company which offered the most successful option of price relation and quality", - Andrey Rudov comments.

"Within a year we will implement a product in the company and to train people in order that they could increase efficiency of the work", - Sergey Gladin explained. "For the head implementation of our project is an opportunity to see work of the company up to the trifles, an opportunity to trace indicators of work on separate divisions, under the selected articles – on all those indicators which are so important in assessment of a financial status of the company. The flexibility of our software product allows to customize an automated system under specific objectives of Nenets Oil Company".

The most important advantages of the project – a possibility of the management to obtain information and as a result to estimate, control and adjust financial processes of the company online, to quickly plan and adjust the budget.
