– For what solution of tasks Troika Dialog selected the FLEXTERA system? What role in this choice was played by architecture of a product? In what, in your opinion, advantages of SOA? � For benefit of this choice there were many factors. From the technical point of view, we, first, liked the concept of creation of a system: its modularity and the fact that such principles of service-oriented architecture as a slabosvyazannost of links and reuse of services, are put in a basis of all architecture of a product. The IT-landscape of our company is also based on the principle of integration interaction of its components therefore it is much simpler to implement FLEXTERA to us, than alternative products. Besides, such implementation serves as a certain catalyst for emergence at the level of the information bus of the enterprise of new types of the messages and new services suitable for further reuse.

In terms of functionality the similar product, in my opinion, has no analogs in the market. Of course, function of calculation of the PIT is available also in other solutions, but in most cases it is an inseparable part of these solutions. We in the infrastructure want to have separate module independent of other systems in which account of business events is kept. It is natural as this product still absolutely "fresh", young, it is not deprived of any shortcomings, but for us it is an opportunity directly, directly to influence development of a product, its functional filling.

– What was represented by an IT landscape of your company before implementation of a new solution of Diasoft? � Information landscape at us quite various. We use a large number of the specific systems, and it is directly connected with scales of our business: we have a wide product range, a large number of jurisdictions in which we conduct the activity. As for calculation of the PIT, the problem was that this function is distributed on several systems, and it considerably complicates maintenance process: we constantly should support logic of calculation of a tax in several systems in a jellied status. Need of implementation of a single system for calculation of an income tax is connected with it.

– Whether long cooperation with Diasoft influenced the choice of the solution? As far as we know, Troika Dialog was still "pilot" of the solution of line 5NT for work with securities and since then did not leave Diasoft company... � We always aimed to maintain mutually advantageous partnership with Diasoft company, and, of course, it influenced the choice of a product too. We are in quite difficult process now, and it would be wrong to begin it with the unreliable, unchecked partner.

– At what stage implementation of the module FLEXTERA is? � Now we – at a final development stage and customization of functionality, its adaptation to features of our business. We begin process of solution deployment and its integration with systems existing at us. At the beginning of the next year we plan acceptance testing.

– How interaction of IT specialists of Troika Dialog and the staff of Diasoft is organized? How many people work on the project? � In a project team – about twenty people. Also integration specialists and end users enter into the working group. On both sides there are selected project managers who are responsible for planning, control the project course. Interaction is quite close.

– What do you wait from this project for? What term it is expected? � Project works began in August, and before the second quarter of the next year we are going them to complete. According to our expectations, settlement process of the PIT should become simpler, fast and reliable, not requiring continued support from IT-specialists and special efforts from users.

– What economic effect do you expect to gain from implementation of FLEXTERA? � Now our IT-service supports two systems for calculation of the PIT. Several employees of the company are constantly involved in works on change of logic of calculation because of regular changes in the legislation. With implementation of FLEXTERA we are going to refuse own development and to involve the specialists to the solution of more important tasks.
