The ASCON company announced in November, 2011 delivery in commercial operation of the automated subsystem of organizational and administrative documentation and office (ORDIK) in Gazprom transgaz Yugorsk LLC, the largest gas transmission company JSC Gazprom. The subsystem is constructed based on own solution of ASCON of LOTSMAN:ORD and unrolled in 250 workplaces of staff of Management of capital construction and repair.

Subsystem ORDIK is responsible for creation and management of white papers, maintaining magazines of document registrations and is an element of an end-to-end system of process automation of preparation of construction and repairs of Management of capital construction and repair of Gazprom transgaz Yugorsk LLC. With implementation of LOTSMAN:ORD documents reach receivers online right after registration of the resolution, and the electronic archive provides reliable storage and operational providing documents to users according to their access rights.

The project started in April, 2011 and was executed in five months. During this time specialists of ASCON carried out the following works:

  • development of technical specifications of creation of subsystem ORDIK
  • system deployment of LOTSMAN:ORD
  • training more than 200 users
  • creation and installation of the model of subsystem ORDIK
  • implementation of specialized tasks: change of document templates under internal standards of the enterprise, the organization of stream scanning of multipage documents, identification of the document at its printing, sending by e-mail or record for the electronic medium by the registration number assigned in LOTSMAN:ORD
  • development of regulations of work in subsystem ORDIK.

Results of the project are commented by Dmitry Tokarev, the associate director of ASCON on work with the oil and gas companies: "In each project we set as the purpose to create the available, simple and convenient tool for all participants of the automated process. In this project for Gazprom transgaz Yugorsk I want to note harmonious and accurate work of a project team from the customer that allowed to move ahead quickly according to the plan of implementation and to adapt a system according to waiting of future users. It seems to me, at us it turned out that confirm project deliverables: a system is accepted and is used by all staff of Management of capital construction and repair".
