With implementation of LOTSMAN:ORD documents reach receivers online right after registration of the resolution, and the electronic archive provides reliable storage and operational providing documents to users according to their access rights.

On March 17, 2014 the ASCON company brought to the market the new version the Pilot: ORD of 2014 - the making corporate system of management of the project organization.

In the new version, an opportunity Pilot: ORD of 2014 is reduced labor input of use of a system. Development tools of plug-ins contain the educational scenario which is completely describing the mechanism of work with a task.

Changes affected process of approval of documents as a part of the project. By means of function of the evident indicator of progress of approval, it will be simpler to user to understand what documents expect his signature and at what stage of signing there is an interesting document. To this purpose serves also the new command "Notify on Changes" which informs on entering into the document of notes, the signature, change of access rights or the version of the file.
