The Ministry of Health of Sverdlovsk region upgrades the system of collecting of the reporting. The project is implemented in cooperation with Keysystems company.
Collecting of the reporting of the Ministry of Health will be performed in the centralized database through a data network of public authorities of Sverdlovsk region and also on steady communication channels using remote access. Now in a system about 200 subordinated organizations, the data of budget and accounting records collected by the Ministry of Health are registered are consolidated and transferred to the Ministry of Finance of Sverdlovsk region where a similar system was brought into operation in October, 2011.
Implementation of "Svod-WEB" will allow to improve procedures of collecting of the reporting, to increase openness, transparency and controllability this process in the Ministry of Health of Sverdlovsk region, besides terms of collecting of the reporting will be considerably reduced and the quality of interaction with subordinated organizations is increased.
