The product provider of a power supply, alcohol and cigarettes to Norilsk upgraded a financial system. In Group "Maxims +" the project on setting of a management system for finance based on software "INTALEV came to the end: Corporate management". Works were conducted since 2009, with breaks, on several blocks, including Organizational engineering, setting and automation of "The system of budget planning" and "The systems of management accounting and the reporting".
The group "Maxims +" since 1993 delivers food, household chemicals, alcohol and tobacco products to the Norilsk industrial region (Norilsk, its cities areas of Talnakh and Kayerkan, the neighboring settlements of Oganer and Snezhnogorsk).
By the beginning of cooperation about INTALEV the enterprises of two types of activity were a part of Group: on distribution and retail sale of goods. The task to develop effective structure of holding and also to describe uniform and right methodology of management accounting for all divisions, to automate collecting of reportings and the system of budget planning was set for consultants.
The complex structure of holding dictated to consultants of the requirement to setting of a system of reportings. Different versions of managerial reports were developed: individual for business units and consolidated for holding.
The specifics of the IT infrastructure existing in Group also influenced process of automation of a system of management accounting. Data for obtaining managerial reportings were loaded into the central base from 13 bases sources different on functionality and a data structure. The developed system copes with these difficulties as follows: after loading of all necessary data in the general base, information is transformed by means of the software product "INTALEV: Corporate management" according to regulations of management accounting.
Obtaining by the management of Group of data from an automated system allows to control quickly achievement of the planned indicators, so – to manage achievement of effective objectives.
