VNIIRA (1C: Document Flow 8)

The Russian company JSC VNIIRA one of world leaders in creation and production of the radio-electronic systems and means of the organization and air traffic control.

The All-Russian (earlier All-Union) research institute of the radio equipment is one of the oldest enterprises of the Russian Federation - the founder of creation of the first domestic radio engineering systems. More than 60 years of "VNIIRA" it is traditional as head enterprise, defines development of radio engineering management systems for air traffic (Department of Internal Affairs), near navigation, landing and meteorological providing aircraft, saving positions of one of world leaders in this area.

In 2010 the company management made the decision on implementation of the 1C: Document Flow software product. Before specialists of SoftBalance Group the following purposes were set:

Project Goals and Objectives:

• The organization of the general file information warehouse via Document flow 1C system mechanisms for more flexible distribution of access rights to documents and files;

• The organization of the general information stream and connection of all users of a system in one information system;

• Automation of the paper document flow accepted at the enterprise;

• Automation of problem definition and the timely notification of users about their existence;

• Control of execution of tasks and analysis of activity of employees;

• Automation of office-work in legal department;

• Acceleration and transparency of process of signing of the contracts of different character.

Key Results:

• Services and departments of the enterprise work in the unified information system;

• Interaction of users is delivered on new level and excess information streams are excluded;

• A system is synchronized with the accounting system – information exchanges are made;

• Work with the entering, outgoing and internal documentation is automated and simplified;

• The uniform file information warehouse is created;

• There is a possibility of remote work, using Web – access.

At the initial stage in a system all user files were loaded and the space for work with them is selected that was followed by distribution of the rights to access to information resources of the enterprise. Connection of the main departments was further systematically performed and the business processes happening between them are configured. Also synchronization of a system with the accounting system based on "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" was configured - the structure of the enterprise and agreements migrate between systems, providing the uniform centers of emergence of information flows.

Automation of department of office and service of top managers is now conducted. A system is transferred to maintenance to own IT department of the enterprise. The circle of users of a system constantly extends by means of connection of new services and departments.
