Optservice LLC with the assistance of INTALEV company completed an implementation project of a system of management accounting on the platform "INTALEV: Corporate management".

Solution

The project on setting and automation of a management system for finance was started with the purpose to arrange data of management accounting, to level influence of "a human factor" on assessment of activity of the enterprise and also to reduce reporting terms. Earlier for the analysis of activity of the company accounting information came from the 1C: Enterprise program, and data were manually entered in the MS Excel where necessary calculations were carried out. Within the project the financial system is automated based on the software product "INTALEV: Corporate management".

Result

In March, 2011 the Budget planning block was complete. Today process of budget planning is smoothly running, terms of planning were reduced by 40%. It is connected, first of all, with the fact that now the staff of economical department does not need to request forecasting from heads of the directions, they obtain necessary information from the program. Also owing to automation of a system the quality of interaction of PEO and accounting improved.

In December, 2011 the works were completed on Managerial Accounting and Payment schedule blocks.

After implementation and setup of the software product time which is spent on input and processing of data, necessary for the reporting, was considerably reduced. Now for the analysis data on income and expenses are used, it is going to involve the cash flows which are also given from the Budget.
