"The Russian time" automates document flow

The 1C-Rarus company at the end of 2011 implemented the project on workflow automation in Russkoye vremya LLC.

Project

The choice of the solution and its need are dictated by the requirement of streamlining of work with documents and reduction of time for search of necessary information.

Task

Accounting of documents was required to automate the companies, to organize the accurate system of interaction of employees. It was for this purpose decided to create an information system using the 1C: Document Flow 8 software product on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform.

Involved 1C-Rarus company in implementation of the program. Specialists 1C-Rarus automated the following business processes:

• Office-work;
• Accounting and document storage;
• Maintaining nomenclature of affairs;
• Accounting of agreements.

Results

The information system which covered 10 jobs promotes integrated management of flows of documentation in the company. In a system there is a registration of the entering and outgoing documentation.

The centralized safe document storage is organized, the online access to data differentiated according to their positions is provided to employees. The program permits to browse and edit documentation, to carry out search in the words which are contained in documents.

The software solution allowed:

• Arrange work of employees with documents;
• Eliminate losses of document revisions;
• Organize simultaneous operation of several employees with documents, having excluded duplication or intersection of their fragments;
• Reduce time for search of the necessary documentation and information;
• Accelerate document handling;
• Prepare documents in strict accordance with requirements to their quality.
