Project of migration of a corporate portal of Shtokman Development AG company

The TopS BI company completed the project of migration of a corporate portal of Shtokman Development AG company on the Microsoft SharePoint 2010 platform, having implemented on it new modules and services.

The task to transfer the existing portal of Shtokman Development AG company to the Microsoft SharePoint 2010 platform was set for Tops BI, having implemented more flexible in terms of support and development corporate web space.

The graphic design of the new portal was developed by specialists of TopS BI taking into account features of the SharePoint 2010 platform, at the same time the design of the previous version of the portal was taken as a basis.

According to wishes of Shtokman Development AG company for the intranet portal a number of modules and services were developed and implemented: a form of feedback from company management, information pages, library of documents, the calendar of events, news, the corporate newspaper, media library (a corporate photo and video), declarations, the reference book by employees, vacancies, appointments, birthdays, a forum, the knowledge base, polls, requests, etc.

As Shtokman Development AG is the international company, implementation of the bilingual portal with a possibility of transition to similar content for any page or service was one of key tasks delivered before TopS BI. Also for a number of services content distribution function on geographical locations is implemented. Thus, the staff of this or that division obtains information relevant for their region.
