In management "Donbass the Arena" is complete an implementation project of a system of budget planning

The INTALEV company completed an implementation project of an automated system of budget planning for Donbass Arena LLC and also configured obtaining the management actual reporting.

Solution

Project works "Automation of budgeting systems and management accounting for "Donbass Arenas" began in January, 2010. The project was broken into 3 blocks.

Within execution of works on each block of the project the received following results:

Block 1.

• Budget planning. The financial structure is updated. Forms for introduction of planned data on income, expenses, investments, cash flow, etc. are developed, approved and configured. Business process Planning is described.

Block 2.

• Delivery of actual data from an accounting circuit. Uniform account policy is developed for all activities "Donbass the Arena". Broadcast of transfer of necessary actual data from documents of the fact in a managerial circuit is configured, the possibility of entering into the system of management accounting of the data which do not have display in accounting is implemented. The managerial reports allowing to carry out the plan-fact analysis of activity are configured.

Block 3.

• Business processes and document flow. Such business processes as "Approval of the purchasing request" and "Approval of agreements" are described and automated. The structure of electronic archive is developed.

Results

Thanks to a system "INTALEV: Corporate management" we considerably simplified this process and also qualitatively structured control procedures of the actual accomplishment of plans. In a system the rules of management accounting allowing to make quickly decisions on all activities are configured, reducing risks of losses from inefficient use of budgets".
