In 2011 the management of DVORTSOVY RYAD-MS LLC made the decision to develop own large retail network. At the same time all understood - to survive in the conditions of the accruing competition, it is necessary to count accurately for several years ahead each step and in general to change a management system.

For councils in development of strategy of independent development A PALACE ROW-MS company addressed experts of INTALEV Group. In the course of discussion key project tasks were designated, and since October of last year their step-by-step implementation began. All works are conducted on unique GROWTH technology, allowing in a short time and at the fixed price to receive results maximum, necessary for this enterprise.

Main goal of the project – creation of an effective management system by development of the vision of future development of the enterprise, general for a command, and methods of the embodiment of strategy in life.

Objectives

In the project progress tools for planning of activity of the company will be created, work with key indicators and also the procedure of determination of their planned values and processes of accounting for each strategic indicator is formalized.

Besides, on the basis of software products INTALEV automation of a managerial system which will allow company management to trace indicators of implementation of the selected strategy in real time will be carried out.
