At the end of 2011 group CDC won the tender for delivering solutions for automation of work of a sales personnel of the retail direction of JSC SIBUR-Russian Tyres sales department.
Solution
When choosing the supplier the tender committee of JSC SIBUR-Russian Tyres estimated the following criteria:
- Experience on system deployment of automation of work of a sales personnel.
- Functionality of a system.
- Cost of the software and works on system deployment.
- Cost of technical support.
- Project deadlines.
Result
Specialists of CDC Group conducted preproject examination of business processes of the company based on which the decision to implement the system of mobile trade of OPTIMUM for automation of work of sales representatives (collecting of orders), a geographic information system GIS OPTIMUM (monitoring of sales representatives), the analytics module the OPTIMUM of OLAP is made.
Objectives
Integration with different CIS, including 1C, Oracle, Parus is planned. As mobile terminals for collecting of orders ViewPad 7 tablets on the Android platform are selected.
