The Ministry of Finance of the Chuvash Republic applies process automation of formation of the budget reporting

The Ministry of Finance of the Chuvash Republic unloads general information about the public (municipal) institutions on the Official site of the Russian Federation from the system of collecting of the reporting "Svod-WEB".

The Ministry of Finance of Chuvashia installed and automation of process of formation of the budget reporting of "Svod-WEB" applies in the activity a system.

The scheme of the organization of works according to order 86n (with selection of authorized body) has several advantages:

• allows to monitor in real time a situation on preparation of information for placement on all organizations of the region;
• helps to reveal problem organizations and to give them a first line support;
• allows to place in the automatic mode (without repeated input) information on organizations on "The official site of the Russian Federation for placement of information on organizations";
• gives an opportunity to use the uniform centralized database of the region about organizations, their plan of financial and economic activity and the state (municipal) task for the analysis and acceptance of management decisions.
