The RU-CENTER company replaced the platform of accounting with 1C

The RU-CENTER company completed transition from the platform Parus on the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform. Integrator in the project "1C: Homnet Consulting".

Solution

The project of creation of uniform information base on the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform in RU-CENTER company where Homnet Consulting is implemented by specialists the "1C: Payroll and HR Management CORP" software product is complete.

Task

The leadership team of the company made the decision on creation of a new information system based on the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform for improvement of conducting personnel records and payroll. As the implemented solution the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 CORP" software product was selected.

As a result of the tender held by the management among the leading partners of 1C Company the decision on the beginning of the joint project with Homnet Consulting company was made.

Results

Within the project specialists Homnet Consulting:

• carried out works on data transfer from systems based on the platform Parus in the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 CORP" system;
• provided user training to work with a new information system;
• configured the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 CORP" program in compliance requirements of conducting personnel records and payroll of RU-CENTER company;

Details

The uniqueness of the project consisted that specialists should execute Homnet Consulting as work on unloading of data from systems based on the platform Parus, and the subsequent works on data loading in the information system "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 CORP". For this purpose employees "" studied a system data structure on the platform Parus and constructed an object model of initial data. Then the integration model which allowed to process the data which are contained in the database on the platform Parus so that they could be used for loading in the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 CORP" system was implemented.

After data processing transition was executed - specialists Homnet Consulting transferred data from the database on the platform Parus to the unified information system "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 CORP".

Upon completion of the project the information system "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 CORP" is put into commercial operation and is used by the staff of RU-CENTER company for payroll calculation and conducting personnel records. At present the Homnet Consulting company executes technical and consulting support of new information base.
