On Tyazhmash implement solutions of virtualization of Microsoft

The Syzran plant of heavy mechanical engineering (Tyazhmash) implemented the system of server virtualization on the Microsoft platform.

Task

Dynamics of business of Tyazhmash company demanded from IT infrastructure of flexibility and a possibility of fast scaling. For acceleration of start of new information services and more effective use of the existing IT infrastructure in the company the decision on implementation of server virtualization was made. As the virtualization platform it was selected Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise, and for flexible management by virtual resources – products System Center Operations Manager 2007 R2 System Center Configuration Manager 2007 R3 System Center Virtual Machine Manager 2008 R2.

Solution

The Softline company is involved in project implementation. During his specialists Softline created and tested regarding resistance to loadings and failures the system of server virtualization; migration on the virtual platform of information services – a corporate portal, application server 1C, a number of infrastructure services is performed. After the end of implementation training of IT specialists of Tyazhmash company is provided.
