Rosatom implements the large-scale project of reorganization of software computing environment

The Rosatom state corporation implements the program of transformation of IT, works on which began in 2009 and are calculated till 2015. The role of project office is played by Greenatom company.

Solutions

In the companies which are a part of corporation products and SAP solutions, 1C, Documentum, Oracle Primavera and other products are implemented. In total more than 100 projects in five directions are kept: business applications, systems of industrial automation, IT infrastructure, information security, IT services.

Plans, terms, implementation

The general planned amount of investments for all term of works – 22 billion rubles. At the same time in state corporation intend since 2016 at the expense of the received results annually to save up to 16 billion rubles. Project office of corporation in the direction of information technologies is the Greenatom company (child structure of Atomenergoprom). As contractors it attracts system integrators among which there is IBS, Croc, Molga, Bearing Point and others.

Projects

A number of projects in 2011 concerned resource management systems of the enterprises of Rosatom. In the organizations with turnover to 3 billion rubles product 1C, was implemented into larger – SAP.

In particular, SAP is used at the central office of Rosatom, fuel company (TVEL and Machine-building plant) and Rosenergoatom Concern (central office, the Leningrad and Balakovo NPP). In total in SAP ERP about 2 thousand employees work now. Product "1C ERP: Rosatom" is started at 21 enterprises of state corporation now.

Today at 25 enterprises of Rosatom the system of uniform industry electronic document management (EOSDO) is implemented. In 2012 60 more enterprises will be added to them". This solution is integrated with the electronic system of executive authorities of MEDO (interdepartmental electronic document management).

Separately in Rosatom select the SAP projects on vendor relationship management (SRM) and personnel (HCM). The first (a uniform industry purchasing system - EOS-Zakupki) started in May, 2010, now in a system more than 200 organizations and about 2000 users work. The second functions 2.5 years, in a personnel management system 14 enterprises and 700 users work now. Payroll and reporting is made for 16 thousand human.

Other projects concern management of design-technology preparation of production based on Intermekh (KTPP ACS, is put into commercial operation on "AEM-Tekhnologii" and Petrozavodskmash), the normative reference information (SAP MDM) and a project portfolio (Oracle Primavera).

Total number of users of IT systems for the end of 2011 was about 46 thousand.
