The ERP solution is implemented in JSC United Energy Company

The INTALEV company implemented an ERP solution implementation project in JSC OEK.

Background

For the purpose of providing the management of JSC OEK of qualitative management information, there was a need of implementation of an integrated automated control system activity.

Requirements

Setting of schedule system and management accounting and the reporting, agreements and also reconciliation procedures of money payments became priority tasks in this direction. The INTALEV company became the partner in the project.

Implementation Results

In a project deliverable the following results are received:

• Uniform automated base of management of finance;
• Financial model of agreements;
• Operational approval of planned payments. An opportunity at the time of execution of the request for payment to check for compliance to the budget;

Possibility of reporting in the necessary formats and with necessary detailing.

Huge work together with consultants INTALEV was done, beginning from development of methodology, training of employees and finishing with automation and start of a system in operation.
