"ESIDBANK" implements the solution of automation of retail activity of bank

"ESID-BANK" selected R-Style Softlab company from quality of the supplier of a complex of software products.

Background

Presence at financial institution of 16 branches across all territory of the Republic became a basic reason of upgrade of the existing software. In scales of a wide branch network there is not always an opportunity to organize steady communication channels, acceptable for work, and for implementation of effective activity it was necessary to create the decentralized automated banking system. As a result, after in-depth examination of the available offers, a choice was made for benefit of R-Style Softlab. An open architecture of the core banking system and considerable potential of a system — main advantages of RS-Bank v. 5.5, the managements of "ESID-bank" which influenced the solution. Also the fact that the overwhelming number of the Dagestan banks for many years maintains partnership with R-Style Softlab was considered, and it is one of key indicators of quality of a company performance.

Solution

As a result of "ESID-BANK" purchased such products as the core banking system RS-Bank v. 5.5, RS-Retail v. 5.5 and RS-Loans v. 5.5, and the Moscow branch took in addition to this packet bank client for legal entities – InterBank v. 5.2.

Result

Implementation is conducted by forces of specialists of bank. At the moment in Head bank department and in the Moscow branch there is a project on installation of an accounting core of RS-Bank v 5.5. On the next stage the solution will be replicated in other bank branches. In return the staff of R-Style Softlab renders consulting services within the agreement of maintenance. It is planned that in the Moscow branch a system will be put in operation at the end of March, and in a month the project in head department will come to the end.
