1C: Management of transport enterprise

"1C: Management of transport enterprise" - the solution of 1C-Rarus company for automation of the large motor transportation enterprises and the transport-forwarding companies. It can also be implemented in the production organizations locating own vehicle fleets since the product is developed based on "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management, edition 1.3" and contains all functionality of this program.

Use at the heart of a product of the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform allowed to give it necessary scalability, openness, simplicity of administration and configuring. At the same time, the new solution allows to optimize work on the following sections:

• Accounting of orders for motor transport – has the user-friendly graphical interface of distribution of orders by cars;
• The statement and processing of waybills – an opportunity for work with 7 document types;
• Fuel flow calculation – both according to standards of the Ministry of Transport, and on the actual use;
• Calculation of development in waybills – can be used as the built-in parameters of development, and to set any;
• Accounting of fuel with an opportunity at the same time to consider different methods of its acquisition;
• Budgeting – work with investment budgets and budgets of operating costs;
• Work planning of vehicle fleet – short-term, long-term and also planning of transportations and service of customers;
• Accounting of settlement – has the system of internal setup of price lists and rates for divisions of the company.

"1C: Management of transport enterprise" automates accounting of maintenance and repair of the vehicles (V), number buses and accumulators. Cost analysis and profitability of work of the CU will allow to pass the decision. The functionality of the program will allow to keep account of passenger traffic: as under tickets, landing sheets and the handed-over revenue, and according to the schedule of the movement.

The separate block includes opportunities for accounting of forwarding services: registration of orders for transportation of goods and tracking of the status of a load, placement of loads in containers, accounting of container transportations, planning of movement of a load on route followings; registration of transfer of loads to the consignee, accounting of the provided services, calculation of cost of services in rates and other opportunities.

The software product supports interaction with monitoring systems, including the companies "1C: Center of satellite monitoring GLONASS/GPS", Dynafleet, Omnicomm. "1C: Management of transport enterprise" can exchange data with external systems GIS, load data of processing centers on detailing of fuel and lubricants gas stations.

In the spring of 2012 certificate "Compatibly!" 1C Company received the new software product "1C: Management of transport enterprise". It is developed by 1C-Rarus company on the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform for large motor transportation and production companies and also the transport-forwarding enterprises. The program allows to automate control of transport: keep account of orders, work with waybills, calculate fuel consumption and developments, to conduct budgeting and to plan work of vehicle fleet; supports interaction with monitoring systems.
