History

2025: Absentee arrest of former top managers Alexander Myachikov and Marina Bespalova for embezzlement of 1.7 billion rubles

In December 2025, the Basmanny District Court of Moscow granted the petitions of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the arrest in absentia for two months of the former board of directors of Solidarity Bank Marina Bespalova and member of the board of directors Alexander Myachikov. They are charged with especially large embezzlement. The term of arrest will begin to be calculated from the moment the defendants are detained on the territory of the Russian Federation or their extradition from abroad. The criminal case was initiated in November 2025 at the request of the DIA. In March 2025, the defendants were put on the federal wanted list, in November - internationally. To send materials to Interpol, a court decision on arrest is required.^[1]

2023: US sanctions

On July 20, 2023, the US Treasury Department imposed new sanctions on Russian citizens and companies. In particular, Solidarity Bank fell under restrictions.

2022: Purchase of Kaderus Capital Investment Company

In mid-July 2022, Solidarity Bank announced the purchase of the Kaderus Capital investment company. The transaction became known from the message of the credit institution on the website of the Corporate Information Disclosure Center. Read more here

2021: Purchase of debt of the football club "Wings of the Soviets"

In September 2021, Solidarity Bank at an auction bought the rights of claim of the bankrupt Gazbank to the Krylya Sovetov football club. Debts of 253 million rubles cost 211.7 million rubles.

The club's budget is 1.6 billion rubles, the main sponsor is the Samara region.

2020

Sergey Arakelov appointed chairman of the board of directors

Solidarity Bank changed the composition of the board of directors. The new chairman of the board was Sergei Arakelov, who until January 2020 worked in the team of Mikhail Mishustin as his deputy at the Federal Tax Service, and in 2017 was a member of the board of directors of the DIA.

Former chairman of the board of directors and owner of the bank Vadim Kumin took over as deputy.

Joining the Bank "Moscow Mortgage Agency" (MIA)

In August 2020, after the sale of the Moscow Mortgage Agency (MIA) from the municipal property of the bank, it is merged with Solidarity Bank, which Vadim Kumina sanitized through Zarubezhenergoproekt.

MIA was paid with shares of Zarubezhenergoproekt, which faced billions of dollars in lawsuits.

2017:500 thousand customers of individuals

JSC KB Solidarity is one of the credit organizations of the Volga region. The regional network has 20 points of sale of banking products in the Samara region, as well as in Irkutsk and will soon open in Moscow. The bank cooperates with more than 10,000 corporate clients, serves 7,250 enterprises and small and medium-sized businesses. Retail customers of the enterprise are over 500,000 individuals. Solidarity Bank is a member of the Association of Russian Banks (ARB) and the Association of Regional Banks of Russia (Association "Russia").

2015: Sanation of the Bank

Since 2015, Solidarity Bank has been reorganized jointly by two companies: JSC "" and Zarubezhenergoproekt AKB "" Kranbank(CJSC).

2014: Joining the Life FG

In 2014, the bank became part of the Life Financial Group, a Russian holding that unites seven independent commercial banks represented in more than 80 regions of Russia.

The bank serves about 10 thousand clients-legal entities and over 500 thousand clients-individuals, has an extensive network of branches and ATMs.

General license No. 554 of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation was issued on September 3, 2014.

1990: Founding of a bank in Samara

JSC KB Solidarity is one of the banks of the Samara region, founded in 1990 and played an important role in the region's economy.
