Accounting of securities in Partner of Aeroflot company

In March, 2012 1C-Rarus completed the project on automation of accounting of securities in Partner Aeroflot LLC. The industry solution "1C-Rarus helped to organize a company performance: Accounting of securities, edition 1 for 1C: Accounting 8" on the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform. The new information system allowed the company to simplify considerably control of accounting of securities and also to keep accounting and tax accounting according to requirements of the Russian legislation.

Partner Aeroflot LLC is a professional participant of security market and performs broker and dealer activity and also the securities management. As the priority area of work of the company serve transactions with securities.

The management of Partner Aeroflot LLC needed to automate the processes connected with accounting:

• Different types of financial papers: stocks, bonds, bills of exchange, deposits, ADR;
• Transactions with securities: purchase/sale, marginal transactions, exchange of bills of exchange, release of own bill of exchange, transfer/return of property, input of a remaining balance;
• The issued and obtained credits and loans and charge of percent on them;
• The regulated transactions.

For carrying out automation the industry solution "1C-Rarus was selected: Accounting of securities, edition 1 for 1C: Accounting 8". This software product allows to load securities from National settlement depositary, to keep account of dealer, broker activity and activities for individual trust management in uniform information base.

Involved the developer of the program in project implementation – 1C-Rarus company.

The new information system allowed the company to simplify considerably control of accounting of securities and also to keep accounting and tax accounting according to requirements of the Russian legislation.

An opportunity in the automatic mode to load results of biddings of quotations from text, dbf or xls-files represented by MICEX or other exchange is had. Accounting is kept according to provisions on BU 19/02 and 18/02.
