1C-Rarus: Accounting of securities

The 1C-Rarus company suggests to automate accounting and tax accounting of the companies participants of the securities market using new development "1C-Rarus: Accounting of securities, edition 1". The cost of the software product is 50,000 rubles. The packet of the user includes free consultations within month and updating within half a year from the moment of acquisition and registration of a product.

Standard industry solution "1C-Rarus: Accounting of securities" for "1C: Accounting 8" it is intended for automation of accounting and tax accounting in security market:

• the professional participants of security market having the license for implementation of dealer, broker activity or activities for trust management of securities;
• other organizations performing purchase and sale of securities for which this type of activity is not the basic.

The product is developed as the addition to "1C: Accounting 8 PROF" of version 2.0 on the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform. The number of users of the solution is defined by number of the purchased licenses for the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 system.

The product is offered both to retail sale, and for implementation on a partner network. The retail cost of the standard solution is specified in the table:

Possibilities of a subscription

Two options of a subscription are provided in 1C-Rarus companies: "Standard" and "For recovery of a subscription". The Standard option is offered to users at whom the term of a paid or free subscription to updates did not expire. In this case start date of a subscription is end date of the previous subscription.

The For Recovery of a Subscription option is intended for users at whom the term of a paid or free subscription to updates expired. Date of its registration is considered start date of a subscription. Within a paid subscription to updates the user receives new releases of a product and forms of the reporting via the support website 1C-Rarus update.rarus.ru.

To users of service "Accounting of securities"

For users of the module "Accounting of Securities" who purchased it as service till December 1, 2010 the paid subscription to updates is entered since June 1, 2011. To all other users – after 6 months from date of acquisition.

Attention! Upgrade on a product "1C-Rarus: Accounting of securities, edition 1" for "1C: Accounting 8" from the previous versions is not provided.

2014: The 3rd edition "1C-Rarus: Accounting of securities"

On February 10, 2014 the 1C-Rarus company reported: "1C-Rarus: Accounting of securities" already on sale!

The update of the program is focused on investment and management companies. As a part of the third edition opportunities for automation of work of market participants are expanded: flexibly configured policy of accounting of securities – both own, and clients legal entities, 16 additional reports for operation analysis with securities, data loading from a system "1C-Rarus: Back office".

Due to the release of updating the first edition "1C-Rarus is removed from sales: Accounting of securities". For users of this edition free upgrade affects the third edition of the program.

Additions, changes, opportunities

A system helps to consolidate information on several organizations or clients legal entities on trust management agreements in one database. For each of the organizations it is possible to configure special rules of accounting: select a method of calculation of a financial result, determine settlement accounts by the stock and off-exchange exchange transactions, accounts of additional costs upon purchase and security sale, accounts of revaluation of NKD, to detail securities on intentions, urgency and the address. Different techniques of write-off of cost value are provided in accounting and tax accounting. It is possible to reflect a repo in accounting as a loan or purchase and sale. Different options of charge of discount or percent on own bills of exchange are included, frequency of charge of deposit interests is adjusted. All account is kept according to certain rules PBU 19/02, 18/02.

The program allows work with actions, debt securities, deposits, shares, depositary receipts, bonds – state, corporate, coupon, depreciable and also with simple and bills of exchange, including own, belonging to the third parties, financial, commodity, discount and percentage.

In an information system purchases, security sales, repo transactions with stocks and bonds, marginal transactions, exchanges and releases of own bills of exchange, transfers and returns of property are fixed and controlled. Besides, information on repayments of NKD, bonds and bills of exchange, convertings, crushing, consolidation of securities and charge of dividends is registered and stored. A system allows to keep account of the issued and obtained credits and loans, accruing interest on them.

The program has functionality, broad and relevant for investment and management companies. Important feature is formation of a large number of reports:

• Calculation of the size of own means of the professional participant of RTsB;
• Data on own financial investments (with unloading in the electronic questionnaire of FFMS);

2015: To users "1C-Rarus: Accounting of securities" hardware protection became available

The 1C-Rarus company expanded in the spring of 2015 the list of programs with hardware protection. In May of the current year the industry solution "1C-Rarus is upgraded: Accounting of securities". The main advantage of a new type of protection – independence of changes of a hardware component on the server.

"1C-Rarus: Accounting of securities" is released with hardware protection. The main element of this type of protection - the hardware key executed on USB technology. The outer side of each key contains information on the name of the software product for which it is intended unique number (s/n) of the security key and its barcode.

Advantage of hardware protection is big independence. In case of change of a hardware component on the server it is possible to activate easily protection, having set a distribution kit from a disk and to continue work in the normal mode. Users can use this key on different computers.

Cost "1C-Rarus: Accounting of securities" with hardware protection makes 70,000 rubles. Upgrade from program protection on an equipment room and vice versa is also available to users. Updating, regardless of the direction of transition, costs 30,000 rubles.
