Ryabova Tatyana

In February, 2014 Tatyana Ryabova is appointed the deputy CEO of FGUP Russian Post for personnel management.

Tatyana has length of service in the field of HR on executive positions in the international and Russian companies. The professional career of Tatyana Ryabova in the field of HR began in 1995 in Pricewaterhouse company, on a position of the senior specialist on personnel management where later in 1999 Tatyana headed Department on personnel of division on taxation and legal issues. In 2005 Tatyana Ryabova became the senior director on personnel of Golden Telecom company; since April, 2009 - the HR director of CIS and Baltic countries of the international producer of home appliances and electronics of LG. Since 2010 Tatyana directed the personnel direction as the HR director in Tele2 companies Russia and X5 of Retail Group.

In 1995 Tatyana graduated from the Moscow state linguistic university, having received degree of the Master of linguistics.

Tatyana is a licensee Charted Institute of Personnel and Development (Great Britain) and also has the certificate of StPaul University (USA) in the field of leadership development and organizational development.

At Russian Post Tatyana Ryabova will continue work on structure formation of the enterprise and program implementation of increase in income of mail workers, having released Valentin Timakov who is transferred to a position of the advisor to director general from this duty.
