The 1C-Rarus company automated work of the technical center "Artsmotors" using the software product "1C-Rarus: Softphone, Prof, edition 1".
Task
The Artsmotors company needed to optimize work of operators, having as much as possible reduced the amount of time spent for processing of incoming calls. A choice was made for benefit of the software product "1C-Rarus: The softphone, Prof, edition 1", developed by 1C-Rarus company. The ability to integrate this product with the programs of the 1C:Enterprise 8 system which are already installed in the technical center became one of the key factors which influenced such solution. Data exchange between software products helps to organize work with clients most effectively.
Results
Quick access to information on buyers is provided that helps to save time for processing of incoming calls from them and to provide the minimum delay in service of calls.
As a result of the performed automation the technical center had following features:
- Identification of the client by the phone number, an output to the monitor of customer information during an incoming call.
- Receipt of customer information to other employee when readdressing a call.
- Creation of Address book for simplification of search and a set of often used phone numbers.
- Formation of the list of the passed, gathered and received calls.
- Existence of story about the previous contacts and characteristics of the client in the client's card.
- Quick search according to the list of partners, contact persons and employees.
